Console Commands

Pressing Enter to open chat also allows you to enter Console Commands. All commands begin with a '/'.

This page lists all Console Commands available in StarForge.

Blocks

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/build sphere (radius)	Creates a sphere shape out of blocks.		starforge.blocks.build.sphere
/build cube (radius)	Creates a cube shape out of blocks.		starforge.blocks.build.cube

Chat

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/me [message]	Displays a custom message starting with your name.	/emote	starforge.chat.me
/say [userName] [message]	Forces a [userName] to say a [message].	/forcetalk, /talk, /speak	starforge.chat.say
/friends [message]	Sends a [message] to your friends.	/f, /team, /t	starforge.chat.friends
/local [message]	Sends a local message that can only be seen in the local area.	/l	starforge.chat.local

Health

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/suicide	Kills yourself.	/killme, /killself	starforge.health.suicide
/heal	Heals yourself to full health.		starforge.health.heal
/heal [userName]	Heals [userName] to full health.		starforge.health.heal.others

Help

/list	Displays a list of online players.	/online, /players	starforge.help.list

Items

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/give [blueprintName|itemListId] (amount) (userName)	Gives a specified (amount), defaults to 1, of an item matching [blueprintName] or the [itemListId] to (userName), defaults to yourself.		starforge.items.give
/itemlist	Lists out the names of all items, for use with /give.		starforge.items.give

Objects

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/spawn [blueprint] (amount)	Spawns a creature or object with an optional (amount).		starforge.objects.spawn
/killall (radius)	Kills all objects and creatures in an optional radius.		starforge.objects.killall

Teleport

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/tp	Teleports yourself to the world origin. (x:0 z:0)	/warp, /teleport	starforge.teleport.origin
/tp [x] [y]	Teleports to a world position.		starforge.teleport.coord
/tp [userName]	Teleports yourself [userName]'s position.		starforge.teleport.user
/tp [warpName]	Teleports to the saved [warpName] location.		starforge.teleport.warp.[warpName]

Time

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/time	Controls the world's time.
/time set dawn|noon|dusk|night	Sets the time to a specific time. dawn(6am), noon(12pm), dusk(8pm), night(10pm)		starforge.time.set
/time set [hour]	Sets the time to a specific [hour].		starforge.time.set
/time forward|reverse (timespeed)	Changes the direction of time optionally at a time speed.		starforge.time.direction
/time pause|unpause	Pauses or unpauses the time.		starforge.time.pause
/time reset	Resets the time to normal.		starforge.time.reset

Terrain

/nuke (radius)	BOOM! Radius is optional. No more than 25 is recommended.		starforge.terrain.nuke

Weather

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/weather clear	Clear skys as far as you can see.	/climate, /whether	starforge.weather.clear
/weather overcast	Slight cloud coverage everywhere.	/climate, /whether	starforge.weather.overcast
/weather cloudy	Fills the skys with clouds.	/climate, /whether	starforge.weather.cloudy
/weather light|medium|heavy	Light, medium or heavy clouds and rain.	/climate, /whether	starforge.weather.rain
/weather reset	Returns weather to normal.	/climate, /whether	starforge.weather.reset

Admin

Syntax	Description	Aliases	Permission
/register [userName]	Register your steam id to this server with a static [userName]. Your name will now be shown as this.
/kick [userName]	Disconnects the specified player from the server.		starforge.admin.kick
/ban [userName]	Bans the specified player from the server.		starforge.admin.ban
/cheat [cheatCode]	Toggles the [cheatCode] cheat.		starforge.admin.cheat
/fly (userName)	Toggles fly mode for yourself or optionally (userName).		starforge.admin.fly

Permissions

Syntax	Description	Permission
/perm	Change and modify user/group permissions.	starforge.admin.permissions
/perm reload	Reloads the permissions from the config.
/perm users	Shows a list of the defined users in the config.
/perm user [userName]	Shows the permission info for [userName].
/perm user [userName] add|remove	Adds/Removes [userName] to/from the config.
/perm user [userName] setprimary [groupName]	Sets the primary group for [userName] to [groupName].
/perm user [userName] nameformat [format]	Sets the name format for [userName] to [format].
/perm user [userName] chatFormat [format]	Sets the chat format for [userName] to [format].
/perm user [userName] addgroup [groupName]	Adds [userName] to the [groupName] group.
/perm user [userName] removegroup [groupName]	Removes [userName] from the [groupName] group.
/perm user [userName] add|remove [permission]	Gives/Takes the [permission] to/from [userName].
/perm groups	Shows a list of the defined groups in the config.
/perm group [groupName]	Gets the permission info for [groupName].
/perm group [groupName] add|remove	Adds/Removes the [groupName] group to/from the config.
/perm group [groupName] makedefault	Makes the [groupName] group the default group for new players.
/perm group [groupName] inherit [parentGroup]	Makes the [groupName] inherit
/perm group [groupName] nameformat [format]	Sets the name format for [groupName] to [format].
/perm group [groupName] chatformat [format]	Sets the chat format for [groupName] to [format].
/perm group [groupName] add|remove [permission]	Gives/Takes the [permission] to/from [groupName].

Cheats

To activate a cheat, type "/cheat <name of cheat here>" into the console and press Enter.

Keyword	Description
unlockall	Unlocks all crafting blueprints.
spawn	Press "P" to spawn a leech, and "L" to spawn a blue chest when it's enabled.
notuts	Disables tutorials.
noon	Keeps time at noon.
fastday	Makes day night cycle go very fast.
Night	Keeps time at midnight.
infres	Infinite resources, blocks, and other items.
godmode	You do not take damage.
shtloads	Spawn tons of resource pallets. (Removed)
artisan	Unknown
level100	Gives you 100 skill points. (Removed)
videomode	Unknown
