Votronic Ore is blue and black and can be found in large heaps either in the Mountain Biome or the Desert Mountain Biome (all ores can additionally be found underground but the rarity and difficulty of finding is high with the current world generation)
A Titanium Drill or higher is required to mine Voltronic Ore.
It is a mid level ore required to craft the Graphene Drill and Hacking Tool
